First of all Hell appears to be a condition of being under the wrath of God (tribulation/judgment). This is where the churches and congregations are today. Parallel to this God is calling His people out of the churches that have become Babylon. So it appears right now that God is not giving us any direct information in connection with eternity and what happens to the unsaved when they die. This would include babies and children, who by the way, are just as sinful as adults in the eyes of God:

• The wicked are estranged from the womb: they go astray as soon as they be born, speaking lies. (Psalm 58:3)
